Your Role
As Operations Manager, you will be part of our international operations team in Flensburg. You will coordinate daily global activities, liaise with clients and partners, and support ongoing operations. You will work closely with our Operations Chief and global partners to ensure seamless execution and compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Distribution and coordination of jobs to global partners and surveyors
- Direct communication with clients and follow-up on operational progress
- Review and correction of reports and documentation
- (If technically qualified) Review and approval of technical plans and documentation
- Booking of hotels, flights, rental cars, and other travel arrangements
- Processing and management of documents in internal systems
- Participation in duty roster, including evening/weekend watch shifts
- Issuing daily operational reports during on-call duty
Who You Are
- Fluent in English
- Right to work in the EU
- Structured, independent, proactive, and a team player
- Detail-oriented with strong responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, maritime/logistics background is a plus
- Experience in shipping operations, logistics, or maritime industry preferred
- Experience at sea is welcome but not required
