Rapid reponse

Rapid reponse & Murphy’s law

According to Murphy’s Law, anything that can go wrong will go wrong. It also says that Murphy was an optimist.

That’s why we’re all optimists at Nordic Maritime Solutions – because we’re always prepared for things going wrong precisely when you least expect it.

And that’s when we send in our rapid reaction troops.

Nordic Maritime Solutions was recently commissioned to carry out a survey involving a transportation of heavy assets from Greece to Cyprus as part of a major pipeline project. The project carried an urgent “no delay” action.

But halfway through the project, the unexpected happened…

…suddenly, the world was turned upside down by the Covid-19 pandemic and key personnel from both the transportation and shipping companies were forced to repatriate and enter quarantine.

This was a major incident and suddenly the transportation risked being thrown into jeopardy and not hitting delivery deadlines due to lack of personnel.

Enter Nordic Maritime Solutions to save the day. In less than an hour, we had replacement personnel deployed at key installations in Greece and Cyprus so that the project could be completed successfully.

Rapid response is what we do best – quickly, efficiently, and silently.

Nordic Maritime Solutions brings maritime peace of mind – because we are prepared for things going wrong.
