The services include marine warranty surveys, vessel inspections, Loss prevention, claims handling, and bespoke consulting. We are now looking to expand our team with a talented Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our presence in the marine insurance sector, focusing on loss prevention, claims surveys, and P&I inspections, with opportunities naturally arising from this background in other customer sectors.

Your Mission
Develop and execute sales strategies to bolster our market position in close cooperation with the team.

Requirements
• Proven track record of independently building and managing a successful sales portfolio based on personal relationships and trust.
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; and other languages are a major advantage
• Self-driven, with a strong initiative and the ability to operate effectively independently and within a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively to meet client needs and develop business opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
