We want to strengthen our operations team in Flensburg with a Maritime Officer, Mechanical Engineer and/or Naval Architect.
We look for the best persons regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, and experience. If you have a lot of experience, Great; if not, we will show you and teach you all the necessary skills.
You must have a very hands-on approach and like to be in the port or on-site anywhere on the globe. Our function is to work as the Eyes, Ears & Voice of our clients and represent them to achieve safe and effective operations, regardless of if we operate in the preplanning phase from the office or we are working on site.
The job will consist of work in the office and deployments to site.
Most of our assignments are related to power generation; our clients are insurance companies, major key industry players, conglomerates, and Shipping Companies. They trust us to oversee the transportation of some of the most valuable and heavy cargo transported worldwide and inspect some of the most specialized vessels in existence. We are also operating as site managers for some of our clients.
We offer a truly unique working environment with contact to people and sites all around the world, and we work in a very tightly formed office team with a large pool of field crew from every corner of the world.
You must be able to act in an international context and act with tact and tone toward our clients and their partners and understand the cultural differences.
You must also share our values of excellence in execution & the values we have for safety, where operational pressure never overrules safety on site. We do not cut corners, and we do not bend to pressure.
